330 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 330 platform. Please read it carefully in its entirety before registering or using any services offered by 330.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 330 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 330 platform.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors without an account, registered members, and users accessing the platform via mobile device or web browser. Continued use of the 330 platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The 330 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 330 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that fails to satisfy this requirement.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 330 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. 330 reserves the right to verify your identity via supporting documents at any time. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 330 support team immediately. 330 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a password that was shared or compromised due to user negligence.

Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 330 platform are prohibited from engaging in any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform, other users, or system operations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the 330 platform's security systems
- Sharing your account or allowing others to access it
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or rewards programs in any unauthorised manner
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
330 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, withholding balances, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 330 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, local bank transfers, and e-wallets listed on the platform. 330 does not charge additional fees for standard deposits; however, rates and limits are subject to change in accordance with current platform policy.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the Wallet section of your account. Processing times vary depending on the selected method and the member's VIP tier — higher-tier VIP members enjoy faster processing.
330 reserves the right to withhold or suspend any withdrawal that requires further verification for legal compliance or fraud prevention purposes. In such cases, the 330 support team will contact the relevant member to complete the verification process. All bonuses and rewards received through 330 promotions are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the respective promotional terms.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Miscellaneous
Limitation of Liability
The 330 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 330 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or data loss.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
330 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, regulatory authority request, or any other reason deemed reasonable by management. In the case of a legitimate account closure, any eligible balance will be refunded after deducting bonuses that have not met the applicable wagering requirements.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 330 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 330 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any element of the platform without prior written consent from 330.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The 330 platform may contain links to third-party sites or services. 330 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. 330 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified via platform notifications when significant changes are made. Malaysian law governs all disputes relating to the use of the 330 platform.
